Shipping Policy

AUSTRALIA ONLY SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we cannot place orders that ship to addresses outside of Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary per item and order.

New Workplace online purchases are a priority to our dispatch team and we will send you an email when your order has been processed and again when your product has been dispatched. Upon dispatching your order, we will provide you with all the details you need to track your order.

You can expect your order to arrive between 5 to 10 working days once you have received your dispatch email notification. For WA, Far North QLD, NT and remote country areas please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.

Please note that our working days are Monday-Friday. Holidays are excluded.

BY UTILISING AUSTRALIA POST MYPOST SAFE DROP SERVICE (‘SERVICE’) YOU AGREE THAT:

You are aware of the risk of utilising the Service and agree that other delivery options were available to you at the time of order.

Australia Post will not obtain or require your signature on delivery of your parcel, and that it may leave parcels at your delivery address, either in the delivery location requested by you or some other safe location selected at Australia Post’s sole discretion, without obtaining a signature from any person; and, if your parcel is delivered in the manner described in paragraph above, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the parcel is scanned as delivered and left at the delivery address.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of Australia Post in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:

  1. where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
  2. where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or
  3. where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct.

 

OUR 90 DAY RETURNS POLICY

You may return any product you have purchased to us that is unused and undamaged, in its original condition within 90 days from the date it was purchased and receive a refund. You are responsible for the costs of returning your products in the event that you have had a change of heart and the product is received as advertised.

If it is deemed to be a fault of manufacturing or a bona fide warranty claim we will cover the cost of postage and handling (only) for all returns. If you would like to return your purchase this reason, details of our Returns guidelines are outlined below.

If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined and we will return the products to you.

  • Products must be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase, and you may be asked provide proof of purchase.
  • Products must not be damaged, worn, altered, or changed in any way.
  • Products must have any packaging, product tags and labels intact.
